Terms

Founder access, billing, integrations, and use rules.

Use this page to understand the hosted-service terms that apply before creating, reopening, subscribing to, or operating a founder workspace.

Acceptance and operator

These Terms govern access to and use of MicroSaaS Factory, a hosted founder operating system operated by Nay Linn Aung. By creating an account, opening a workspace, using the service, or starting checkout, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Accounts and workspace access

Founder access can use invite-token workflows, Firebase Google sign-in, Firebase email-link sign-in, or reviewed fallback access depending on the supported access path. You are responsible for the founder email, device access, workspace activity, and credentials or permissions supplied through your account.

Subscriptions, billing, and checkout

Paid access is processed through Stripe Checkout when platform billing is enabled. Public pricing can include Single Validation and Growth plan options, surfaced as the $9 validation entry point and the Growth workspace lane on the pricing page. Checkout remains workspace-aware: the available action can depend on workspace eligibility, active subscription state, and account review controls.

Cancellations, refunds, and plan changes

You may request cancellation or billing help through the contact email below. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, paid access is not prorated or refunded after a billing period begins, except where required by law or where MicroSaaS Factory expressly approves a correction for duplicate, mistaken, or failed checkout activity. Plan changes, renewals, taxes, failed payments, and payment-method updates are handled through Stripe or the configured billing support path.

Founder content and evidence

You retain ownership of founder-provided workspace content, including product notes, validation evidence, files, imported records, claims, annotations, decision memos, and integration metadata. You grant MicroSaaS Factory the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, display, analyze, export, and operate that content for your workspace and support requests.

Opportunity Intelligence and AI-assisted outputs

Opportunity reports, Scout rankings, market maps, analytics, valuation guardrails, imports, exports, AI drafts, and decision memos are planning aids for founder validation and launch proof. They are not investment advice, legal advice, financial advice, valuation promises, or claims of exhaustive market coverage. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

Connected systems and third-party services

The service can connect with third-party systems such as GitHub, Google Cloud Run or Cloud Build, Firebase, Firestore, Stripe, Resend, and Vertex AI. You are responsible for having the rights, credentials, permissions, and third-party account authority needed for each integration. Third-party services remain governed by their own terms and availability.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to interfere with infrastructure, bypass access controls, probe or attack systems, send abusive traffic, upload unlawful material, violate third-party terms, misrepresent evidence, or store credentials, regulated data, or materials you do not have authority to use.

Service IP and source-code license

MicroSaaS Factory, its product design, hosted service, names, marks, page copy, workflows, and operational materials are not transferred to you. The public repository source code is licensed separately under the MIT License in the repository LICENSE file. The MIT source-code license does not replace these hosted-service Terms, subscription rules, privacy commitments, or third-party service obligations.

Availability and changes

Features, public pricing, workspace provisioning, billing availability, automation, invite-token fallback, integrations, and AI capabilities can change as the product matures. Material updates to these Terms will be posted on this page, and continued use after publication means you accept the updated Terms.

Disclaimers and liability limits

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. MicroSaaS Factory does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, business outcomes, revenue, launch success, valuation accuracy, or complete third-party data coverage. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MicroSaaS Factory is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.

Termination and suspension

MicroSaaS Factory may suspend or terminate access if account activity creates security risk, violates these Terms, causes operational harm, or appears unlawful. You may stop using the service or request account support through the contact email below. Some billing, audit, security, and legal records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Maryland, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact MicroSaaS Factory and try to resolve the dispute informally. Courts located in Maryland, United States, will be the default forum unless applicable law requires another forum.
